By deciding to go through this short program, you have made the first and most important step to getting rid of your anxiety and panic attacks. There is no way back. This time you’ll conquer your fears no matter what it takes.
You have suffered long enough and there is no point in being anxious anymore, so today you will learn the first step to conquering your anxiety.
If you want to be free of your anxiety and panic attacks, you need to set your mission statement. You need to decide what you want to achieve. If you don’t set yourself goals you won’t be motivated enough to conquer your anxiety and motivation is really what you need the most when the times get tough.
Don’t dismiss this step, since it’s much more important than you would have thought.
Write down on a piece of paper what you would be able to do, if you were emotionally free and you didn’t have to worry about your anxiety and possible panic attacks.
Would you hang out with your friends and relatives more often? Would you be able to get a better job? What would you do if you could do whatever you want without feeling anxious?
Do this exercise now. Don’t skip it. Try to be as descriptive as possible and make sure to write down how your life would improve.
This will be your motivation to really face the fear and conquer it.
Did you do the exercise? If you didn’t, please do it now.
You can print out this instructions and finish this exercise on the provided space below.

Great, now you know your goals. But it’s not over yet. I want you to increase your motivation a little bit more. I want you to be as motivated as possible, so that you can conquer your anxiety once and for all.
OK, this is another exercise that will help you supercharge your motivation to overcome your anxiety.
Think back and remember all the things you have accomplished in your life. Write it down on the paper. Did you learn to ride a bike? Did you learn to juggle? What have you accomplished so far? Write down everything.
You should be proud on your achievements. Knowing all the things you have accomplished will give you the drive and confidence that you can also conquer any fear and your panic attacks.
If you completed both exercises you have built a great foundation on which you can build on.
Tomorrow I will send you another email that will show you the next step that you need to take, so don’t miss it.
